A very late, very brutal workout for you guys today. I’ve been training a lot more intuitively lately, and following less of a structured “split”. Personally, I like this new idea of trusting my body and trusting how I feel on a daily basis. Of course, I have a general idea of what NEEDS to be done to achieve optimal health and balance in the back of my mind, otherwise it would be 7 days of booty workouts… #JustBeingHonest
With that being said, today’s workout has a little bit of everything I love. EMOM style ciruits, heavy barbells, and all the sweat! If you give it a try, let me know how you liked it! (And / or if you died ) @earthbasedbodies
To perform the T Push-up exercise:
- Lie face down on the floor supported by your hands in the standard push-up position.
- Perform a powerful push-up and at the top of the exercise lift one arm from the floor and raise towards the ceiling whilst twisting your torso to the side. Roll onto the sides of your feet and keep your body straight at all times.
- Return to the starting position.
- Repeat but this time raise the opposite arm and alternate arms to complete the set.
